Marmot vogue women's tant top
The Marmot women's vogue tank top is arguably one of the nicest looking and most comfortable active women's tops I've worn. The material offers incredible comfort, ease of movement, and the wikability is amazing. It never once felt moist or damp, no matter how hard I was working or how hot it got, and during the initial test I was climbing walls in Zion National Park, Utah in July. Now that's hot.
But what my climbing partner found most hot was the fit. I'm a pretty small person and wore the XS women's vogue and found out pretty quickly that this top, while the straps look and feel great, it showed some serious cleavage, particularly to my climbing parter on lead.
It's now my favorite climbing top to wear for warm weather but unless you're climbing with your boyfriend, which I now do, you might find you want to make some field mods to, well, not be open for display as much. I'm sure that if I was taller, the straps would fit perfectly. They never once fell off or became loose in any way so I wouldn't let this deter anyone from buying it, if anything your male partners will dig it and ask you to climb with them more often.
I have probably 10 or 15 active sport tops from many manufacturers and I would say hands down that the Marmot Vogue tank is the most comfortable, best performing and best looking of them all, and I think this statement holds true for the past decade. Seriously.
I made the above little montage after my first test for purely humorous purposes. It was passed around at Marmot last year and got a few laughs.
