Pinot Noire – Very nice smooth easy drinking pinot. I would pair it up with an appetizer course like salad or a light soup. For the main course, fish or chicken. Hints of cherry with a sweet light fruity finish. Merlot – A medium to full bodied wine with a nice nose. I would recommend letting it breath for 20 minutes before enjoying it. You could defiantly pair it with a varity of dishes like salmon, chicken or even steak. Lots of black berry and black cherry flavors with hints of chocolate. Pinot Grigio – A lighter easy drinking wine with excellent acid balance. Citrus flavors make this wine very refreshing and easy to drink on its own. It would be ideal with shell fish or a vegetarian dish.
